Plastic injection molding

Plastic molding

Our company specializes in the production of premium injection-molded parts made from one or more components and combinations of thermoplastic compounds or elastomeric materials (TPE/TPU). Our extensive experience (more than 40 years), enables us to ensure an optimal production process and outstanding quality. Flexible production combined with our guarantee of high quality allows us to satisfy even the most demanding customers, even in larger production runs.

Plastic injection molding

Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process in which products of various shapes and sizes are made from plastic materials (plastic granules). The injection molding process involves heating the plastic granules to their melting point, after which they are injected under high pressure into a precisely manufactured tool or mold using a screw. Once the plastic has cooled, the mold is opened and the plastic product is removed. Injection molding is a relatively new method of polymer processing, but it has become very widespread in recent years.

International trade fairs are an excellent platform for presenting products or innovations, transferring technologies and knowledge, and reviewing other new developments and foreign competitors. Our company is aware of this too, which is why we regularly attend such events together with our subcontractors.

We regularly attend the two largest furniture trade fairs in Europe, which rank among the highest-quality events in the world in terms of content and visitors.

  • Every April, Salone del Mobile takes place in Milan, attracting more than 300˙000 visitors. It is an international reference event for the furniture and design sector.
  • The other takes place at the beginning of each year in Cologne – IMM Cologne, which attracts at least 150.000 visitors over a few days. The fair is intended to showcase products from the furniture industry and related fields.
