Manufacture of tools for plastic injection molding
In addition to our core activity, plastic injection molding, we also offer our customers comprehensive support in the manufacture of tools for injection-molded plastic products. We offer our customers cost-effective and fast solutions for the development of new products or tools. There are also options for modifying existing tools.
With our many years of experience, we offer you excellent support and advice, the manufacture of tools for plastic injection molding and, if necessary, preliminary prototype production (3D printing).
Types of tools
We can manufacture tools according to your own design or design them in line with your needs. When designing tools, we always take the customer’s requirements, the specific characteristics of the product, the properties of the selected plastic and experience from similar projects into account. During toolmaking, we can already check the optimality of mold filling (time, pressures, plastic temperatures), allowing us to optimally determine all process parameters (parting planes, ejection, venting, tool temperature control, optimization of runner channels, …).
